The Wireworx Conversion Harness offers Mil-Spec Teflon coated wire using standard factory wire colors with a maximum heat rating of 200°C individually striped for easy identification and is as plug and play as possible, to make your swap easy as possible. The harness is built with aesthetics and functionality in mind. We’ve done years of R&D for proper wiring technique, properly crimped terminals harnesses are also well fitted with enough slack where needed. It features a stealthy look but is also easily accessible once installed.
The conversion harness works with stock OEM engine harness, our harness or any other engine harness which uses the stock pinout on the C101 connector.
This conversion harness is needed to interface your vehicle chassis with its new swapped hybrid motor.
What it interfaces are things like: RPM, Vehicle Speed sensor readings, sends power from the chassis to the necessary points in your swap motor's wiring, among other things.
The standard version of The Wireworx conversion harness comes with the following:
• Primary Oxygen Sensor lead
•Oxygen Sensor Heater
•Prewired with all the basic signals needed to make your swap interface with your swap chassis, in a plug and play fashion.
•The following are Optional:
- Secondary Oxygen Sensor
- Nitrous relay pre wired
- Plug and Play, zero splice chassis ecu connector
Each and every Wireworx conversion harness is also pre wired for plug and play connection of a Wireworx engine harness; un-separated Engine Coolant Temp sensor, un-separated Fan Switch and Charging light. Which allows each of these signals to be hooked up to your chassis in a plug and play fashion, no splicing needed on your part. Only available if mating a new Wireworx engine harness to a Wireworx conversion harness, however Our conversion harnesses still work with OEM Engine Harnesses and any harness that uses a stock K20 C101 pinout.
